🔁 Replacements

Replacements will be granted only if:

  • You provide the Invoice ID.
  • You submit clear proof that the account/service is not working (screenshot or video).
  • If it’s a replacement of a replacement, you must show proof of the previous replacement.

🚫 If you change account credentials (e.g., email, password), your warranty is voided.
🚫 False claims = Warranty Revoked + Possible Ban

🧠 USER BEHAVIOR & SUPPORT RULES

  • Disrespecting staff or the owner = 🚫 Ban / No Refund / No Replacement
  • 🚫 Do NOT ping the owner directly = Instant Ban
  • Attempting to lie or deceive about broken accounts = ❌ Warranty Revoke
  • Being banned or blacklisted = 🛑 No future access, refunds, or replacements
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any part of this agreement.

💻 COMPATIBILITY & REGIONAL LIMITATIONS

  • It is your responsibility to ensure any product/service works in your region or on your device.
  • We do not guarantee compatibility with all systems or countries.
  • If a product does not work in your country or setup, this does not qualify for refund or replacement.

📈 SUPPLIER RISK NOTICE

If the issue comes from a third-party supplier or method failure, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
We are not liable for:

  • Supplier scams
  • Method expiration
  • Platform or service updates that break compatibility

  • Se è una sostituzione di una sostituzione, devi dimostrare anche il primo tentativo.

🚫 Se modifichi i dati dell’account (es. email, password), la garanzia viene annullata.
🚫 Segnalazioni false = Garanzia revocata + possibile ban

🧠 COMPORTAMENTO DELL'UTENTE & SUPPORTO

  • Mancanza di rispetto verso lo staff o l’admin = 🚫 Ban / Nessun rimborso / Nessuna sostituzione
  • 🚫 Pingare direttamente l’owner = Ban immediato
  • Mentire sullo stato di un prodotto = ❌ Garanzia revocata
  • Utenti bannati o nella blacklist = 🛑 Nessun accesso futuro, nessun supporto, nessun rimborso o sostituzione
  • È vietato abusare dei canali di supporto o aprire richieste duplicate.

💻 COMPATIBILITÀ & LIMITAZIONI REGIONALI

  • È responsabilità dell’utente assicurarsi che il prodotto/servizio acquistato sia compatibile con il proprio sistema e disponibile nel proprio paese.
  • Non garantiamo funzionamento globale o compatibilità con tutti i dispositivi o regioni.
